儀器介紹

        本公司生產(chǎn)的熱電偶性能曲線測試儀是依據(jù)CJ30-1999《熱電式燃具熄火保護裝置》、《家用燃氣灶(GB16410-1996)》及《家用燃氣用具的通用試驗方法(GB16411-1996)》中規(guī)定的技術要求而研發(fā)設計的一款針對燃氣具所用熱電偶性能測試的一款測試機。本機適合生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)檢部門對產(chǎn)品進行性能測試和抽檢檢驗。熱電偶性能測試儀的動作機構均采用氣動器件,直行氣缸實現(xiàn)熱電偶在設定溫度的火焰里工作、脫離火焰全部過程?刂茰y試電路部分均采用微電腦數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),配合靈活的人機界面使操作簡單、使用便捷。

夾具動作機構均采用氣動動器件,實現(xiàn)在測試熱特性時將熱電偶頭部3~5mm的部位接觸火焰;在測試冷特性時將熱電偶脫離火焰自然冷卻;

熱特性、冷特性的熱電勢自動檢測步驟

(1)按點火鍵,火焰點燃,校準火焰(內(nèi)焰)溫度為600~700℃左右;

(2)設定加熱時間1為10s、加熱時間2為30秒(、冷卻時間1為10s(、冷卻時間2為30s;

(3)將熱電偶安裝于測試夾具上,按要求連接好線;

(4)熱電偶性能曲線測試儀按測試鍵,測試夾具移動靠近火焰,使熱電偶頭部約3~5mm置于火焰中加熱時開始計時,待10S時自動將實測的熱電勢記錄并判斷熱特性;

(5)熱電偶繼續(xù)加熱30s后,測試夾具自動返回使熱電偶脫離火焰并開始計時,待10s時自動將實測的熱電勢記錄并判斷冷特性。

(6)繼續(xù)冷卻30s后完成整個測試。(以上時間可任意設定)

按鍵荷重曲線測試儀 功能特點: 

1.Peak Force、 Return Force、Distance及Click率等皆可直接在圖上顯示數(shù)值,不須人工計算; 2.量測曲線圖由電腦記憶,可隨時放大、縮小,一張A4紙可任意指定放置N個曲線圖; 3.測定項目可輸入上、下限規(guī)格值,測定結果可自動判定OK或NG; 4.可輸入最大測定行程及荷重,電腦自動控制; 5.荷重單位顯示N、lb、gf、kgf可自由切換; 6.電腦直接列印及儲存荷重行程曲線圖、檢查報表.(不需要方格紙,一般A4紙即可); 7.測試資料儲存于硬碟(每一筆資料皆可儲存,不限次數(shù)); 8.測試條件皆由電腦畫面設定(含測試行程、速度、次數(shù)、空壓、暫停時間等等); 9.檢驗報表抬頭內(nèi)容可隨時修改(中英文皆可); 10.檢驗報表可自動產(chǎn)生,不須再作輸入;  11.檢驗報表可轉(zhuǎn)換為Excel等文書報表格式.
